About Blair
Hi, I’m Blair — a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through life’s many stages. I’ve worked in elementary and middle schools, as an in-home family therapist, and as a clinical supervisor for therapists working with youth. These experiences have shown me just how deeply families want connection — and how much support parents deserve as they help their kids grow.
I hold a Master’s in International Disaster Psychology: Trauma and Global Mental Health from the University of Denver, where I also had the opportunity to travel and work abroad in Nepal, deepening my understanding of trauma and resilience across cultures. This background shapes the way I approach therapy — through a practical, compassionate, and culturally responsive lens that honors each person’s unique story.
I strive to create a space that respects and affirms all identities, backgrounds, and family structures. I am also fluent in Spanish, allowing me to support Spanish-speaking clients and families in a meaningful, culturally aware way. Whether we’re addressing parenting challenges, healing from trauma, or navigating life transitions, my goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported as you move toward growth and connection.
