Meet Blair
Hi, I’m Blair Fulton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and families through the complexities of growing up and growing together. I’ve worked in elementary and middle schools, as an in-home family therapist, and as a clinical supervisor for therapists working with youth. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges families face and how much support parents deserve along the way.
I hold a Master’s in International Disaster Psychology: Trauma and Global Mental Health from the University of Denver, and I’ve had the opportunity to work abroad in Nepal, where I deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and cultural context. This background shapes my approach to therapy, which is grounded in compassion, practicality, and respect for each person’s unique experience.
I’m also fluent in Spanish and welcome Spanish-speaking clients. Whether we’re addressing parenting challenges, healing from trauma, or navigating life transitions - my goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported as you move toward growth & connection.
I strive to create a space that respects and affirms all identities, backgrounds, and family structures.
