Trauma Recovery
Healing from trauma looks different for everyone. My approach is grounded in curiosity, safety, and compassion — allowing space for you to process your experiences in a way that feels manageable and supportive. I draw from a variety of perspectives and therapeutic lenses to meet you where you are and help you move toward healing at your own pace.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology: Trauma and Global Mental Health from the University of Denver, where I studied the impact of trauma across cultures and communities. My training took me abroad to Nepal, where I deepened my understanding of how trauma affects individuals and families around the world.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages who have experienced trauma in many forms. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you begin to make sense of what’s happened — and rediscover your strength and resilience.
